Wake Forest University became one the nation's first test grounds for combination PocketPC phone devices on a college campus when it rolled out MobileU™ two years ago. MobileU continues for the 2007-2008 academic year with even more choice in phone devices.

MobileU members receive discounts on Cingular/AT&T voice and data plans, and a discounted purchase price for designated MobileU phone devices. Members also have access to custom academic software and a dashboard designed by Wake Forest staff that directs campus users to popular campus services like mobile searches in the library stacks and mobile campus directory access.
