The new mobile content transcoding facility in Cyberjaya [Malaysa] will halve the cost of developing content that works on all portable devices, said the Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC).

Datuk Badlisham Ghazali, MDeC chief executive officer, said the facility will ease the work of making mobile content compatible with the myriad of formats and handheld devices available today.
