RedHalo is a managed learning platform which allows users to access rich media through online storage. The service distributes learning content for users who are mobile. The process is as simple as downloading a phone ringtone. Online storage is a simple, effective way for users to access data without needing to sacrifice finite hard drive space. Information housed on RedHalo servers can be reviewed by teachers who may also control the distribution of said content. Interfaces are provided as open source so users are free to customize it to suit their own needs.
