Portable music players are getting more sophisticated and educators are just now learning they can be powerful teaching tools, too.

The Austin Independent School District (AISD) is showing teachers how they can use video iPods this fall to give their students individual attention.

Arturo Guajardo, an instructional technology facilitator for AISD says, “For me it seems to be that a teacher can in some sense be cloned. We can almost have a teacher available for each student.”
